Introductions at other gyms are all about THEM. Our consultation is all about YOU. You'll talk directly with one of our certified professional coaches and discuss where you're at & where you want to go in your health & fitness.
Over 3 initial sessions, your very own professional coach will take you through our "Body, Move, and Work" assessments to establish a baseline to work from moving forward.
Training in the gym is the best of both worlds when it comes to personal training & a small group environment. All of your sessions are done under the watchful eye of skilled coaches and amongst welcoming & like-minded individuals also hustling to reach their own unique goals!
The gym is only 1 hour of your day. What happens in the other 23 hours? We'll help you optimize your nutrition, lifestyle, and recovery so you maximize the results you get from your time in & out of the gym.
We don't just talk about results, we deliver them every day. We help you define what "fitness" means to you and evolve your goals and training as you grow. We'll check in daily & weekly to ensure you're on the right path & meet monthly one-on-one to track & review progress, and game plan next steps for you & your goals.
